Chris executed confidence, knowledge, decorum, professionalism during engagement. The customer lounge is quite comfortable and clean; offering coffee, water, tea, and soda. The overall ambiance and communication detail is a far departure of past experiences with other businesses. Kelly Automotive was an incredibly organic experience!

My husband is active duty and stationed over 2,000 miles away while myself and our two children are here. Flying solo makes pretty much everything require a little extra effort but especially car maintenance. I chose Kelly Automotive for the ratings, and I’ll continue coming for the service. When I couldn’t find someone to watch my kids while I got an oil change I knew it was probably going to be an event to sit and wait for it to be done. I walked into the shop, which is very modern and clean and pleasant, was greeted with a smile and directed to the customer lounge with plenty of chairs, children’s books, and a television, and a glass door that kept my two year old contained, which made my life so much easier because I didn’t have to worry about chasing her around the lobby. And their restroom has a changing table which was so great when my 5 month old had a dirty diaper that needed to be changed. Absolutely love this place, as long as I’m an Arizona resident, I’ll be coming here. Thank you Kelly Automotive for being so accommodating and family friendly.

I'm always a little hesitant on going to a new auto shop but this one was highly recommend and for good reason! The lounge is awesome and the customer service was amazing. Definitely will be coming back and sending people to Kelly Automotive!

I never write reviews but this place deserves my time! I have recommended Kelley’s automotive to family, friends, and coworkers. I had the best experience here because everyone was so kind and very professional. They fixed the weird noises coming from my car and even called the next day to see how my car was. The price was very reasonable. It was less expensive than 3 other places I called. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!! This will be the place I take my car whenever I need it fixed.
