Always a great experience at Kelly Automotive. Today was the first I dealt with Ashley. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Ashley pointed out a problem with the rear struts and even went the extra mile to contact Toyota to find out if it would be covered under the extended warranty

I chose this location based on the positive reviews I had read, as well as the convenient location in relation to my office. I was not disappointed. An amazing facility that will make you rethink what an auto mechanic should be. The service writer/manager Jeff was extremely friendly and professional and told me the things I did/didn't need for 100k mile maintenance. Fair pricing, honest, expedient, and more than professional; what more could you ask for! I've definitely found a new maintenance home for the vehicles in our household.

The guys were great. Need an evaluation to pass the MVD Smog check. I told the guys I am not looking to fix every thing broken on a 2004 vehicle! Just the basics. They did a great evaluation and while informative they did not pressure me to do anything more. They were great! I will go back!
