Jeff was fantastic and with short notice, fit us in for some resurfacing on brakes before an upcoming trip. I appreciated that he stood behind his work and told us that if the resurfacing didn't solve all the issues, he'd work with us on brake replacement. He recommended we start with the least expensive solution first and then move to more more difficult repairs if the solutions didn't work. I really appreciate that approach -- fair, honest, and they stood behind it.

The service adviser was friendly, honest and the car was finished at the time it was promised. The cost was appropriate for the work completed. I use Kelly Automotive because of these factors.
