This was the third time I brought my vehicles to Kelly Automotive. As with previous visits the staff Jeff and I believe Ashley, were wonderful and attentive to my needs. They both offered and I was provided with a ride home pending the repairs to my vehicle.

The people at "Kelley's" are always friendly and helpful. They do a very good job at keeping my car running in great condition. They are honest and up front wit me on price and labor. I appreciate that from a mechanics shop.

My initial concern and requests were addressed well.

If you make an appointment they get you right in and squared away. They let me know what was needed for my car and also what needed to be done at a later date. They never force me to get anything done, though if it is truly needed they will make a strong suggestion (they don't want to see me hurt) if I have any questions they make sure to answer them. They helped keep my child happy while we where waiting too.
