Had a really great experience. I have been taking my wife's Honda to the local Honda dealer for quite a while. Honda never could figure out the suspension problem she was having and kept nickel and diming me on a part here, a service there, but still the problem persisted. Got fed up with them and took the car to Kelly Automotive. I only have one regret, and that's not coming here sooner. The people at Kelly had the car driving like new in a day. Based on my research for the work they did their prices are fair. Aaron was our contact person and I think he did a great job. Will be coming here from now on.

After my Family Owned Mechanic closed its doors, I was left with having to find a replacement. How do you replace someone who you entrusted your entire families "fleet" over a decade? Tried one spot in Queen Creek - Tk's Auto, terrible, both trips there for minor repairs ended badly and a complete lack of respect for the customer. To GOOGLE I went, I found Kelly Automotive, read the reviews, spoke to them over the phone and decided to give them a shot. Very happy with all aspects. Communication was/is Perfect (Much like Tom's Auto before ownership changed) WAY better than TKS Auto in QC, who leave you hanging, all day, wondering what is going on with your vehicle. Quick to diagnose the problem. An after hour drop off (convenient). Easy to talk with, easy to understand the problem and the fix. Super transparent on all aspects. Will continue using this company and will continue sharing with those who ask. Kelly Automotive is a WIN - WIN!
