From start to finish Dale made me feel very good about entrusting my vehicle to him on my first visit to Kelly Automotive. He went out of his way to point out what was and wasn't necessary and all the options in between. He even called the dealership to see if the needed work was still under warranty and, failing that, checked to see if he could get parts for less from them than those from his usual source. If I can trust anyone, these guys are them for my auto repairs. I give them a 5 star because I don't normally ever get an, "oh by the way" phone call. if I do its always legit. What they diagnose is what is fixed.

He was honest but sensitive to my situation on my vehicle and even offered to give me a ride home. Chris got back to me the next day as promised and when I picked my vehicle up he took the time to go through everything they found and suggestions to get things fixed.
