This was a great experience the moment I walked in the door and was made to feel welcomed by Chris Mullenaux. He was honest but sensitive to my situation on my vehicle and even offered to give me a ride home. Chris got back to me the next day as promised and when I picked my vehicle up he took the time to go through everything they found and suggestions to get things fixed.

The repair was done fast and efficiently. Replaced the part with new parts. Steve was very professional and kept me well informed

Chris was quick to call and follow up on the appointment I made online. Everyone in the office was very friendly and patient in answering my questions. They took care of the problem with the check engine light, and also performed an oil change, which was inexpensive. The building and office were difficult to find, given the current renovations. I was a little disappointed that nobody called me when my vehicle was ready to pick up; I had to call and ask. Steve was nice enough to scan my car a day later so I would know that my car was ready for emissions testing. I will be bringing my car back to this location in the future if needed.

Spoke with Jeff on the phone Thursday morning, he said they were very busy but to bring my car in and he would try to get a mechanic to look at the A/C issue I was having. They didn't get a chance to diagnose it until Friday morning, but I appreciate them letting me leave my car securely locked overnight. Excellent customer service!
