I had Chris look over a used car that I was considering. He was prompt, thorough and very patient in going through my questions. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Fair, honest and timely. The staff are welcoming and willing to answer any and all questions.

Made an appointment. Arrived as scheduled. They were ready for me and got started right away. I waited in the waiting room and the got me when they said they would. The waiting area was clean and inviting with a soda fountain. Couldn't ask for better.

The shop is clean and has a nice customer lounge. Dale was easy to deal with and has very good customer skills. It looks like they did a good job (front struts replacement) on my SUV. The reason I did not give the shop 5 stars is because they did not notify me that the car was ready for pickup and they did not replace or at least asked me if I want the worn out strut bellows be replaced.

Kelly automotive, Chris, was very professional. knowlegable, and kept me informed at all times. I am a single vehicle owner, so haveing my truck in the shop is a great hardship for me. knowing what was happenening at all times was a stress relief. I brought it in because it failed emmissions and needed new wheel bearings on the front end.It has passed emmissions and drives like a dream. Thank You! I have othe maintenence items that i will be bringing my truck back for soon. Having a place I can trust to use the best parts, and get great service is invalueable to me. Thanks again for getting me back on the road.
