You used good psychology, Steve. When you said testing our battery would cost $23, we were disappointed since we've been such good customers for so long. Then when you said it would cost us only $20, we felt much better. Thank you for sending us across the street to Auto Zone since we had an Auto Zone battery. That trip got us a replacement battery for free since the warranty still had over a year left on it.
