Steve was very cordial and I appreciated the service. I guess when i went in and said i wanted a thorough going over as my car had hit 101,000 miles i thought it would include an inventory of what they had checked-suspension, brakes, transmission, etc. but they just ran the computer check. I would have paid for an inventory of issues they might have thought i needed to address either now or in the future. I guess i did not know how to ask for that services. I would have paid for such a service.I mentioned i was going on a long trip and they is why i was asking for an inventory. Maybe the compute run through would tell all the issues with the car. I don't know.

Chad did the job quickly and efficiently, as usual. He also detected an attempt by AAA to defraud me by loading a worn part up with grease, so it would not make noise, alerting me to a problem until the truck was out of warranty. Their attempt failed because I take meticulous care of my vehicles, including taking them to Kelly Automotive! Five Stars!

Been taking my vehicles to Kelly's new facility on Germann in Gilbert since they opened about 2 years ago. They are very nice to work with and I appreciate their promptness in getting me in when I need it.
