Extremely helpful - I want to be educated whenever my car needs repairs, and that's what I get. What I don't get is high pressure, just a realistic timeline of when repairs are likely going to be needed and an estimate so I can plan accordingly. I really appreciate that!

Called in about a front drive line boot issue, had a quick conversation and set-up and appointment. On the scheduled date I showed and Kelly's team was ready. Within a few hours I got a call and we discussed what they found, and what was needed cost and time to fix. I gave approval and they moved forward. I received a call a few hours later and my car was ready. The checkout process was simple, clear and they answered all additional questions I had. I have taken many cars to Kellys over the years and they have always been outstanding, clear and honest with me. I have recommended them to many of my friends who now use them, and have the same experience I do. I will continue to use them, they are a great company.

Good, quick mechanic service. Was prepping a vehicle to sell, and just needed to resolve a belt/pulley issue on a 2003 Tacoma. Wasn't pressured with any upselling or additional services, and the service was affordable and completed same-day. Will be bringing my other vehicle here in the future.
