Ashley and John always makes me feel like I'm a valued customer. Very professional and pleasant! John did a door handle replacement for me in about a half an hour. This after being told elsewhere that it would take hours, require glass removal and I would have to leave my truck for a day. Knowing that was ridiculous I took a shot and called Kelly's (I didn't think it was a job they would do and I was looking for a recommendation). Ashley said come in now as they had the time to get right on it. John knocked it out and I didn't lose an arm and a leg when the bill was presented. Rarely can you leave a business and feel great about the experience. Today I did so thank you both!! The shop is great and I highly recommend them for your automotive needs!
